The EPBBA will be hiring high school senior and junior students as referees for the 2010-11 EPBBA season.
 
  • Individuals interested in working as referees should register by September 30th.
  • Individuals must be either seniors or juniors and must also be participants in the EPBBA program.
  • Games will be scheduled on Saturdays and individuals must be able to work at any time on Saturday mornings or afternoons.
  • Two high school students will be assigned to referee each 3rd grade In-House game.
  • One student will be hired to referee each 4th and 5th grade In-House game and will be paired with an experienced adult referee.
  • In the event that the number of students interested in serving as referees exceeds our need, priority will be given to seniors. 
  • Students selected as referees will be provided a referee jersey for use during the season.
  • Students will need to provide their own black shorts or pants and whistles and to attend a referee training session to be scheduled prior to the start of the season.

Travel Basketball Tryouts

TRAVEL BASKETBALL TRYOUT DATES & TIMES

The Sunday sessions will be held at the Eden Prairie High School Main Gym. The Saturday sessions will be held at Central Middle School. Players interested in participating in Travel basketball MUST attend all tryout sessions for their grade.


5th Grade:

Sunday, September 26: 10:30-11:00 check-in; 11:00-12:30 tryouts
Saturday, October 2: 1:30-1:45 check-in; 1:45-3:00 tryouts AT CMS                        
Sunday, October 3: 9:45-10:00 check-in; 10:00-11:15 tryouts
 
6th Grade:  

Sunday, September 26: 12:30-1:00 check-in; 1:00-2:15 tryouts
Saturday, October 2: 11:30-11:45 check-in; 11:45-1:00 tryouts AT CMS                  
Sunday, October 3: 11:45-12:00 check-in; 12:00-1:15 tryouts
 
7th Grade: 

Sunday, September 26: 2:15-2:45 check-in; 2:45-4:00 tryouts
Saturday, October 2: 3:30-3:45 check-in; 3:45-5:00 tryouts   AT CMS           
Sunday, October 3: 2:45-3:00 check-in; 3:00-4:15 tryouts

Sunday, September 26: 4:00-4:30 check-in; 4:30-5:45 tryouts
Saturday, October 2: 5:30-5:45 check-in; 5:45-7:00 tryouts   AT CMS           
Sunday, October 3: 4:45-5:00 check-in; 5:00-6:15 tryouts
